@BaseMap[S @ {...}]

Iterates as the entries in S, and spreads and destructures as S, leaving rests of the same kind and *name rests that are a BaseSeq. The core of a Map, and what a pattern's rest of a dictionary supports.

Iterating, spreading or unpacking it does not consume it, though changes to its source may show through or raise.
