@BaseSeq[S @ {...}]

Iterates as the values in S, and spreads and destructures as S, leaving rests of the same kind. The core of a Seq, and what a pattern's rest of an array, or the *name rest of a dictionary, supports.

Iterating, spreading or unpacking it does not consume it, though changes to its source may show through or raise.
