Raised when an external document or stream being parsed, decoded, or read is invalid.
Module parse and decode errors subclass DataError. It is a sibling of
ValueError, which covers values the caller passes to
control an operation. A class may also mix in a shape error where both
apply, such as a key missing from a decoded document.
